Memorandum of the Blended Learning Institutions’ Cooperative

The memorandum of the blinc partners was signed by the founding members during the founding meeting of the project “eL3” in Goslar.

In a next step it was modified until the third transnational meeting in Siena.

The memorandum describes the philosophy of our cooperative, our objectives and the results we are striving for. The memorandum serves as a guideline to interested stakeholders and new partners about joining our organisation. It is signed by all our partners because it also describes the tasks and the expectations towards blinc and the cooperative partners.

In contrast to the formal declaration of membership (contract) the memorandum directs the relation of the partnership and reflects the intention and the policy of the cooperative and the overall concept of our organisation.
