Blinc

Learning & Development

Since 2015, we have been working with a learner-centred approach to education, which we call ‘Competence Oriented Learning’.

It is particularly suited to support learning in informal contexts such as mobility, civic projects, volunteering or all kinds of non-formalised capacity-building activities, for instance for entrepreneurship education and collaborative local and regional development.

The approach is based on our LEVEL5 taxonomy, which is used to plan and validate informal and non-formal learning.

Here are some impressions from our events.

Sustainable
Development

The mission of blinc is the promotion of sustainable development in transnational European projects. We focus on the creation of new products and services for the circular economy and support organisations to implement Sustainability Management Systems..

We combine state of the art bioeconomy approaches (e.g. by converting waste biomass into CO2 negative products) with participatory learning and development initiatives, involving all necessary stakeholders to achieve a real “capacity building” in our projects.
